What Soldbook is

Soldbook is a profit-tracking and tax-preparation tool for US marketplace resellers. We help you understand your numbers — we do not file taxes, give tax advice, or act as your accountant. Informational only — not tax advice.

Your account

You need a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person or legal entity per account — no sharing accounts.

Payment and billing

Soldbook offers a free tier, a Pro subscription, and a one-time Tax-Ready Report purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel anytime from Settings — you keep access through the end of your paid period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; reach out to support.

Acceptable use

Use Soldbookfor lawful business purposes. Do not upload malicious files, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape or overload our systems.

Your data

You own your data. We store it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. When you delete your account, we remove all your data from our systems.

Limitation of liability

Soldbookis provided "as is." We do our best to keep things accurate and running smoothly, but we are not liable for tax errors, lost profits, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the last 12 months.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In either case, we will make a reasonable effort to let you export your data first.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you via email before material changes take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
