We collect what we need to run Soldbook. We never sell your data. We use it to provide the service and nothing else.

• Account info: email address, name (if provided via Google sign-in).
• Sales and inventory data: the items, sales, costs, and platform data you import or enter. This is the core of the service.
• Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Usage data: basic analytics (page views, feature usage) to improve the product. No third-party ad trackers.

• To provide and improve Soldbook.
• To generate your profit dashboards and tax reports.
• To send transactional emails (login links, receipts).
• We never sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.

We use a small number of trusted services:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email (magic links, receipts).
• Neon — database hosting (your data is encrypted at rest).
• Vercel — application hosting.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove all your data from our systems. Backups are purged within 30 days of account deletion.

• Export: you can export all your data at any time from Settings.
• Delete: you can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
• Correct: you can edit or update your data at any time through the app.

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you via email before material changes take effect.
